Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made on the platform operated by NJK Dassur Technology Pvt. Ltd, including food (tiffin services) and digital products (online courses).
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Tiffin Orders

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
1.2 Online Courses

Course purchases cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Tiffin Services (Perishable Goods)
Due to the nature of food items, refunds are not provided once an order is placed, except in the following cases:

Order was not delivered

Wrong item delivered
-
Item is damaged or unfit for consumption
Users must report issues within 2 hours of delivery.
2.2 Online Courses (Digital Products)

All course purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once access to the course is granted, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (only applicable for tiffin cases) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Incorrect address or contact details provided by the user

Failure to receive delivery

Change of preference or taste

Partial consumption of food

Any course purchase after access is granted
